Crises as a Chance
It feels to me that even though the world has come to a place of external stillness through the quarantine, it is transforming at a rapid pace. For the past 3 weeks, I’ve been feeling a collective, a global shift. An awakening. A deep inner transformation.
Some of you might be experiencing this shift externally. May your job is in jeopardy or you are feeling extremely challenged in your relationships; and some of you have felt it more on an internal or emotional level. Talking to friends and clients, or connecting with my community on social media, it feels a lot of different emotions are currently present: from fear, anger, anxiety to calm, hopefulness, and trust.
This is what I have found: when we are in 100% alignment with our divine path, we will be taken care of. Things will work out, even if we can’t see the bigger picture at the moment. The question is, how to find this inner alignment.
Unfortunately our environment is not set up in a way that teaches us to follow this alignment. From an early age on most of us experienced the opposite. Think about your childhood. Think about being in school. How many times did someone say to you, “Hey, Kristie, I really want you to listen to your inner voice, because, you know, your inner voice will take you to your inner alignment.” ???
Growing up, people have said this to you….probably never?
Instead you were most likely taught to fit in, to follow the rules, to do what was expected, to live according to the status quo. The system was set up where you were rewarded when you were obedient and punished when you were not (just think about grades in school). Growing up, how many times were you called a “good girl” or “good boy” when you did what others wanted you to do? And how often were you ridiculed, discouraged or scolded when you spoke your truth and went against other’s expectations?
Now think about it: being molded into a system of obedience and neclegting your truth, how are you supposed to know your True North? How are you supposed to know when you’re in divine alignment and when not?
How do you know whether you are making your decisions from your personal place of truth or from an old (and false) conditioning? How can you find your place in the world when you’ve been trained to be in the place that is convenient for the outside world?
So, what if this crises is a chance for you to re-align? What if this external crises is a chance for you to finally follow your path of truth?
How can you make that happen?
Well, here are a couple of things:
First of all, in our Western society it is such a virtue to be busy. There always seems to be something going on. You work, get groceries, cook, clean the house, pay the bills, show up for our kid’s soccer practice, meet with friends at our favorite bar, go to a business dinner…get the picture, right? And at the end of the day, you’re so tired that all you want to do is veg out in front of the TV with a good glass of wine. Then you fall into bed and everything starts over the next day. How much of the day have you been in connection with yourself? How much time of the day have you been able to be in the silence of your own being listening to your inner guidance?
What if you took this time of sitting at home in quarantine to become still? To be in the space of your own being & start listening to that quiet voice within that knows your place of truth? Try it and see what happens. Even if it feels uncomfortable at the beginning.
Number 2: what if the things that are falling apart are actually things that are falling away from you? Things that have served their purpose? What if the falling away of these external circumstances is actually making room for you to create something new? Ask yourself: if you had all the possibilities in the world, what would you do? If you could do anything knowing that you couldn’t fail, what would you start today? Now, even though there’s no guarantees, if you start moving into that inner alignment, the Universe will conspire to make things happen for you, doors might open where there were no doors before.
“If you take one step towards God, God will take more steps towards you than there are sands in the worlds of time.”
And….if you need some extra support during this time, I am here for you. I want you to be able to use this time as a chance for your personal transformation.
So here’s how:
Over the past weeks my husband Jivananda and I have created a program called “The Nature of Whole Beingness- Soul Resolution™”. We actually started creating this program before the whole COVID-19 and shutdown happened, and over the past couple of weeks realized how important the tools from the program actually are for people during this time of transformation.
(Inner alignment, right?!)
“The Nature of Whole Beingness- Soul Resolution™” is all about helping you to start moving away from false (external) conditioning and instead begin stepping into a place of your own personal truth. It is about letting go of past identities that no longer serve you. You will learn how to access and transform subconscious beliefs. You will learn to start tapping into the Akasha to connect current patterns, challenges and limitations to imprints from past lifetimes and start resolving them. It is a program that is designed for you to start claiming your True North.
We have also decided to make this program super affordable. You can either pay for the program in full, choose a package that includes the training plus live sessions or pay for it monthly. The initial training goes over the course of 22 weeks, but here’s the good news: we want to assist you even further. So after you’ve completed the initial training, you’ll have access to more support and information through our private Facebook group that includes upcoming new content, lessons, and live trainings.
This program is transformational and I hope you’ll join us. Go here to sign up:
P.S.: We are extending our pre-enrollment special, so make sure to sign up before the end of the month.
