MORE FILMING IN MANILA (FEBRUARY 2016)
This is me with the incredible Joey Downs after her interview in Manila. Joey is a university professor as well as the founder of The Children’s Beading Circle. Through ancient rhythmic movement children learn how to stay grounded, follow their inner voice and cope with the stress of an ever faster moving world.
Joey shared with us that many kids who have been labeled with ADD/ADHD or any other psychiatric labels have come to the beading circle and within a short period of time these labels became absolutely irrelevant….no more signs of what the medical world calls a disorder. Isn’t that amazing?!!
SOLUTIONS FOR SOCIAL CHANGE CHAT (APRIL 2016)
Judy Julin, Brian David Hardin of KnewWays and I talked about practical solutions for children and parents in this beautifully evolving world we live in.
CELEBRATING AT AOF FEST IN MONROVIA (SEPTEMBER 2015)
My fun little film Two Oranges and a Lemon took second place at the AOF Filmfestival in Monrovia. Yay!!
This is me on the red carpet before the screening.
HELLO VANCOUVER! (JULY 2015)
Returning to Vancouver for a screening of Two Oranges and a Lemon. It was so great to be back and see all of my favorite places, hang out with the film’s director Allison Beda, watch one of my old friends perform at Bard on the Beach (Vancouver’s annual Shakespeare event) and have our filmed screened in one of my favorite cities!
INSPIRED PARENTING INTERVIEWS KRISTIE (MARCH 2016)
We had so much fun last Saturday! Judy Julin, who created CosmiKids through the Chopra Center many years ago and who is also the founder of Inspired Parenting Magazine, interviewed me about our series The Children of the Rainbow as well as the upcoming feature films we have been developing. I spoke about how our films address the need for change in the way we raise our children, but they are also showing the changes children have started to create from addressing climate change and inventing methods to heal the environment.
Children are our future, and if we change the way we raise our children, we can change the world!
TWO ORANGES AT HELIX COLLECTIVE (MARCH 2015)
Director Allison Beda, composer Phil Popham and I being interviewed by Brian Ralston after the screening of Two Oranges and a Lemon.
FILMING IN MANILA (FEBRUARY 2016)
It was such a gift to be back in Manila after two years. The people I met are so kind, compassionate and caring…it was such a pleasure to be there. We had a blast as you can see in the picture.
I had so much fun talking about self-empowerment, stepping into your gifts and the changes the new generation of Indigos are bringing to this world. We filmed a lot of footage that is going into the editing room in April.
INTERVIEWING DIANA COOPER (MAY 2015)
This is me arriving at my B&B in Salisbury after an early morning flight to London, driving on the left side of the road for the first time in my life (which I tell you was pretty scary at first- especially the crazy amount of roundabouts in the UK) and interviewing bestselling British author Diana Cooper for The Children of the Rainbow series. If you haven’t heard about Diana yet, take a look at her website www.DianaCooper.com
Diana and I had a beautiful time during her interview. She shared with me how children are here to teach us about love and compassion and prepare us for the enormous shift that is currently happening. The first of her three part interviewed aired on March 22.
